This firm offers a range of services to their clients, and you will be responsible for managing the entire process for your own portfolio, covering a variety of tasks to keep your work varied.
As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing your own portfolio of clients, being responsible for the full 360 client experience from start to finish.
- Preparation of statutory year end accounts.
- Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns and providing tax advice.
- Preparation of VAT returns.
- Preparation of management accounts.
- Bookkeeping for your portfolio of clients.
The payroll is dealt with by a dedicated payroll team.
To qualify for this Senior Accountant role, ideally you will meet the following:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant Practice experience working as a Senior Accountant or similar.
- Experience using Excel, Sage, Quickbooks, VT, FreeAgent, and Xero is desirable.
- You must feel comfortable with all aspects of managing your own portfolio of clients, from communicating, managing deadlines, and doing the accountancy work.
- Client-focused, dedicated to providing excellent service and forming long-term relationships with your clients.

- Salary from £38,000 to £42,000
