A fantastic opportunity has arisen for this charity with offices based in Leeds city centre. Looking for an experienced Business Support Administrator to support until, at least, the end of the year. Supporting the senior leadership team with all senior administration support. This hybrid model will require the successful candidate to be flexible in their attendance but 1 day a week to be office based. This role will offer variety and key duties will include;

  • Providing support to the senior leadership team with diary and meeting support
  • Support the facilitation of internal and external meetings; proactively supporting with activity including scheduling meetings, meeting logistics, distributing agendas, requesting, and formatting reports, taking notes/minutes, and following up actions.
  • Support the successful delivery of our board business plan, ensuring processes are followed and critical deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a comprehensive overview of all ongoing activities within the team, highlighting risks, issues, and potential obstacles to ensure that the organisation remains compliant.
  • Support the gathering, analysing, and presenting data/information for reports, presentations, or papers as required to a high standard.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems to help colleagues work effectively and efficiently

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join this well-respected charity within a great team setting, working 36 hours a week, the successful PA will build excellent relationships within the organisation and become a trusted point of contact and be able to resolve and support issues. Building strong stakeholder relationships, although a temporary role, you will be a valued member of the team where your ideas and experiences will be welcome. The successful candidate will be;

  • Available immediately
  • Hold a minimum of 4 years PA experience
  • Worked to Board level
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Competent in all MS Office packages
