Supply & Demand Planner duties:
- Develop accurate short and long-term demand forecasts for the full portfolio of products
- Partner with Sales & Marketing on promotions, launches and market trends
- Align forecasts with production plans, inventory targets and supply capabilities
- Monitor and improve forecast accuracy using advanced Excel and ERP tools (MS Dynamics would be a plus)
- Analyse sales, inventory and market data to spot risks, opportunities and growth areas
- Lead reporting in Excel and Power BI, delivering actionable insights at product and location level
- Optimise inventory strategies to maintain service levels while reducing excess stock
- Create and maintain production planning tools
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning
- System Skills: Advanced Excel and strong ERP experience (MS Dynamics desirable but not essential)
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
