Elevation Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing business in Morley, Leeds to recruit an Administrator to support the supply chain function of the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate supplier deliveries and manage booking schedules

Chase suppliers for delivery confirmations and expedite where necessary
-
Raise purchase orders for materials and supplies
-
Maintain accurate data for purchased/manufactured parts in the system

Support daily production planning and reporting
-
Issue and track production orders to ensure deadlines are met
What We’re Looking For:
-
Experience in supply chain, procurement, production or logistics in a manufacturing setting
-
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
-
Confident communicator with both suppliers and internal teams
-
ERP/MRP system experience, strong MS Excel user
-
Proactive attitude and a desire to grow into production planning
