Large FMCG buisness requires aProcurement Administrator for a 3 - 6 month contract.

This will be a fast paced role within a highly reputable Manufacturing business.

This is site based and Mon - Fri (days).

The role:

  • Working within a high performingProcurement team, you will create, processand trackpurchase orders ensuring accuracy in quantities, delivery dates and pricing.
  • Maintainance ofsupplier records, supporting onboarding and compliance
  • Communicating with suppliers andmonitoring their performance
  • Preparing reports, performing data entry and analysis, and keeping procurement-related data up-to-date
  • Assisting with contract reviews, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring data accuracy
  • Performing general administrative duties to support the procurement team's overall function

The candidate:

  • Experienced Administrator who ideally has worked within a Manufacturing / Distribution environment.
  • Experience of using SAP and good Excel skills.

The client needs someone to start asap, so having with ability to undertake the assignment within a couple of weeks is paramount.
