We're looking for a hands-on Test Automation Lead with expertise in UI/API testing, automation frameworks, and technical leadership. You'll drive quality assurance across multiple teams and projects in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and maintain UI/API test frameworks (Java, Selenium, Rest Assured, Cypress, Playwright).
Perform manual and automated testing (Postman, Insomnia, K6, JMeter).
Integrate tests with CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins, GitLab) and support BDD/TDD (Cucumber, TestNG).
Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG using axe, WAVE, ARC).
Lead test traceability, defect tracking, and stakeholder reporting.
Provide technical guidance to test engineers across teams.
Support transition, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
Requirements:
5+ years of continuous UK residency (SC Clearance eligible).
Strong Agile, communication, and collaboration skills.
Able to lead interviews and technical assessments.
Hybrid work flexibility.
