As a valued member of the Admin team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our post booking processes and maintaining high-quality service standards across the board.

Responsibilities as an Admin Support Executive

  • Process and check supplier invoices
  • Quality check bookings before confirmations
  • Handle ticketing, refunds, and after-sales support
  • Liaise with sales agents to amend bookings
  • Respond to email queries from customers, suppliers, and team members
  • Monitor booking updates (errata) and ensure accurate records
  • Support the General Manager with ad hoc tasks

Experience desired as an Admin Support Executive

  • Previous experience in an administrative or support role (travel industry experience is a plus!)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Confident communicator with great written and verbal English
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
