A fast-growing, award-winning web agency specialising in high-performing Shopify stores is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join its expanding design team. This agency creates e-commerce experiences for some of the world’s leading 8- and 9-figure brands, with work viewed by millions of customers globally.

The Role:

As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing full themes, CRO tests, and complete end-to-end e-commerce experiences. Working closely with the Creative Director and a talented design team, you’ll bring innovative concepts to life and ensure each project delivers measurable impact.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of engaging, high-converting e-commerce websites using Figma.

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and present innovative design concepts.

  • Manage the full design process, from initial concept to final execution, including presentations and final deliverables.

  • Stay informed of the latest design trends and e-commerce best practices to ensure cutting-edge work.

  • Contribute actively to team meetings and creative brainstorming sessions.

  • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project goals, upholding the agency’s high standards.

Requirements:
  • Strong proficiency in Figma with the ability to produce visually striking, conversion-focused designs.

  • Minimum 2 years experience designing D2C e-commerce websites, ideally within a Shopify agency setting.

  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) principles and ability to apply data insights to design decisions.

  • A compelling portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work with measurable user impact.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, ensuring smooth teamwork with colleagues, developers, and clients.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

  • Demonstrated experience in brand design and maintaining cohesive brand identities.

Bonus Skills:

  • Genuine passion for e-commerce and creating exceptional user experiences.

  • Ability to thrive in a remote, distributed team environment.

Salary

£35,000 - £45,000 per annum plus benefits
