Who You Are:

  • A passionate UX and product design advocate with a track record of delivering exceptional designs.
  • live in Figma and Figjam, comfortable with wireframing, prototyping, and facilitating whiteboard sessions is essential.
  • Experienced in designing for iOS and Android apps, with knowledge of best practises.
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills, capable of balancing multiple projects.
  • A proactive innovator, always seeking to enhance user experiences and streamline processes.
  • An empathetic designer who prioritises simplicity, usability, and accessibility in all your work.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the discovery phase of UX design for innovative Goals and Planning propositions.
  • Collaborate in design workshops and conduct competitor research to inform your designs.
  • Create wireframes and journey maps that enhance user experience.
  • Engage in user research to truly understand customer needs.
  • Work closely with a dynamic design squad, sharing ideas and challenging each other.
  • Foster a bold, positive, and inclusive team culture, contributing to shared success.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting new concepts and gathering feedback.
