Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service? Do you have a knack for data entry and an eagle eye for detail? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join our dynamic team.

?? Location: Leek?? Contract Type: Temporary? Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday-Friday only?? Hourly Rate: Up to £15.00ph

What You'll Do:As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism.
  • Accurately processing orders using SAP .
  • Ensuring that all data is precise and up-to-date to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Addressing and resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with Production and Logistics departments, regarding delivery dates and plan schedules.
  • Confirming price and delivery date and keeping customers advised of any delays
  • Log and follow through customer complaints and ensure Customer Master Data is kept up to date
  • Manage the allocation of bulk finished material in storage to upcoming customer orders
  • Process end of Month Consignment stock
  • Arrange sample requests and pre-shipment samples where required
