Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance on a variety of automated production equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic faults
- Minimise downtime by working closely with production teams
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and reliability projects
- Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Time-served engineer with relevant mechanical or electrical qualifications (NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds, etc.)
- Proven experience in a high-speed manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and comfortable working a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern
- A proactive mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
