Join Our Team as a Mobile Caretaker in Leek!
We are on the hunt for a reliable and dedicated Mobile Caretaker to join our fantastic client in Leek!
- Rate of pay: 12.40PH.
- Full-Time: Working 5 out of 7 days each week, including weekends on a rota basis
- Shifts: Split shift 7:00AM-11:30AM returning at 2:00PM-5:00PM
What You'll Do:
As a Mobile Caretaker, your role will involve:
- Maintaining public areas and buildings
- Carrying out minor maintenance repairs
- Stock control
- Customer Interaction
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure a smooth operation, travelling to multiple sites per day.
- Engage in a range of caretaking duties to keep the facilities in top shape.
What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Must be punctual and flexible
- Confident working both on your own and as part of a team
- Comfortable engaging with members of the public
- Previous caretaking or similar experience would be advantageous
