The School and Role  

We are looking for an experienced L3 practitioner for a 32.5 hour contract working pattern for Teaching and Learning Assistants are Monday – Friday 8:30-3:30 Term Time only.

Do you possess the knowledge to work within Early Years and have are keen to find someone who is confident to work with children aged 3-5years.

Requirements

The requested skillset the desired Early Years Foundation Stage role you will require.

• Knowledge and experience of working in Early years Foundation stage Nursery wither within a school or private day care setting.
• Deliver adaptive and high-quality sessions within Early Years through meaningful play activities.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn about the sensory needs or Special Educational awareness, triggers and strategies to support.
• Able to work on your own initiative and bring plenty of ideas for activities.
• Positive and resilient role model for children, parents and the local community.
• Supervise and provide learning support for pupils with or without special needs.
• Assist with the development of individual education and behavioural plans setting challenging expectations for pupils to achieve learning goals.
