Safe Accommodation Manager

A charity that supports victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence is seeking a hands-on Safe Accommodation Manager to oversee refuge and dispersed accommodation projects in Leicestershire. As the Manager, you will lead a team of staff and volunteers, oversee client support and safeguarding, and develop services to ensure safe accommodation for those in need.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and support staff and volunteers, managing rotas and referrals.
  • Oversee client casework and develop individual support and safety plans.
  • Act as the Designated Safeguarding Lead, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Contribute to service development and partnership working with external agencies.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience supervising staff in supported accommodation or refuge settings.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding, domestic abuse, and housing rights.
  • Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
