As a Senior Financial Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening the financial reporting and control framework across a diverse and expanding portfolio of multinational businesses. What You'll Be Doing
Reporting directly to the Senior Finance Manager, you will:Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and monthly reporting, including journal postings and financial packs.Support the set-up of new business operations by developing robust processes and controls.Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts for global entities (including Germany, Dubai, India & USA).Collaborate with external auditors and advisors during audits.Work closely with commercial and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.Mentor and oversee the work of a Junior Financial Accountant.This is a hands-on, varied role that offers exposure to international operations, half-year and year-end reporting, and the opportunity to shape a growing team.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:A fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).Experienced in financial Accounting preparation and monthly reporting.Skilled in developing, improving, and challenging financial processes and controls.Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing deadlines.An excellent communicator who can build relationships across multiple teams.Adaptable, driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
