Management AccountantLocation: Leicester | Salary: £45,000 + Study Support We are recruiting on behalf of an innovative and growing company, seeking a talented and up-coming Management Accountant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation with the opportunity to become a fully qualified accountant with progression opportunities.The Role:Our client is a well-established group that recently acquired businesses with a £5m t/o each within the construction industry. They are looking for a motivated and driven accountant to take ownership of their new business's management accounts. Key Responsibilities:

Management Account Production: A full set of management accounts with commentary & broad packs.
Balance Sheet reconciliation.
Budgeting & forecasting.
Management meetings: Attend and present management accounts at management meetings.
Review: Bank reconciliations & debtor reports.
Analyzing: Business operations, trends, costs, revenues and expenses.

About You:

Part-Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or QBE.
Experience in producing monthly management accounts.
Balance sheet reconciliation experience.
Experience in attending or presenting management accounts at management meetings (and giving commentary).
Proficiency in financial reporting tools, including advanced Excel skills.
Excellent communication with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What’s on Offer:

Competitive salary £35,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
Full study support (2 days per subject + exam days).
