RECfinancial are partnering with a leading Leicester Practice to recruit a Tax Senior for their team. This role is commutable from Leicestershire / Nottingham, Derby and Northampton.

About the Tax Senior role

Typical areas of advisory work include:

  • Inheritance tax planning

  • Income tax

  • Capital allowance reviews

  • Capital gains tax advice
  • Domicile planning and trust matters
Key Responsibilities of the Tax Senior role
  • Deliver and support tax advisory and planning projects under supervision.

  • Mentor and review the work of junior team members.

  • Manage workloads and client expectations effectively.

  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.

  • Support business development by promoting the firm’s full range of services.

About you
  • ATT, CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualified (or part-qualified) or equivalent tax experience.

  • Background in UK accounting practice with personal tax experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Collaborative team player with some people management experience.
