We are looking for a skilled, client-facing Project/Account Manager with strong project management abilities to join our client services department. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, preferably within the POS sector.

This role involves overseeing up to 30 projects simultaneously, with an average of 15-20 projects at any given time. We’re seeking someone comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Overview:

As a Project/Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication and keen attention to detail. You will handle client briefs, interpret their requirements, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Your day-to-day duties will include managing client projects across various stages, from estimating and development to manufacturing and dispatch. You will ensure clients are consistently updated on project progress while maintaining the highest standards of service throughout.

This is an all-encompassing project management role, where you will be involved in every phase of the project cycle, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing client briefs, Interpreting requirements, and prepare for action to internal teams.

- Overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate client updates.

- Maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project progression.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in a client services or project/account management role.

- Experience in POS or manufacturing environments (preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

- Excellent organisational and multi - task abilities, with effective prioritisation.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Strong reporting and numeracy skills.
