Team Support Admin Officer

Join our client based in Beaumont Leys in a pivotal role as a Team Support Admin Officer, supporting the rollout of critical reforms to the care charge system. This position plays a key role in ensuring the Finance team receives accurate and timely data to adjust care charges based on additional benefits.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Contacting individuals over a 3-month period to collect detailed information about the benefits they receive.
- Accurately filling out forms with the collected data to provide to the Finance team.
- Conducting these tasks primarily over the telephone.
- Working from the office at Beaumont Leys Library for 2 days per week to collaborate and receive support from colleagues. With the rest of the time at home.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a capacity to manage large volumes of data accurately.
- Experience in data collection or a similar role is preferred.
- A valid DBS check is required for this position. (Candidates must be willing to obtain one if successful which will be refunded after 6 weeks in the role)
