Join our client based in Beaumont Leys in a pivotal role as a Team Support Admin Officer, supporting the rollout of critical reforms to the care charge system. This position plays a key role in ensuring the Finance team receives accurate and timely data to adjust care charges based on additional benefits.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Contacting individuals over a 3-month period to collect detailed information about the benefits they receive.
  • Accurately filling out forms with the collected data to provide to the Finance team.
  • Conducting these tasks primarily over the telephone.
  • Working from the office at Beaumont Leys Library for 2 days per week to collaborate and receive support from colleagues. With the rest of the time at home.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with a capacity to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Experience in data collection or a similar role is preferred.
  • A valid DBS check is required for this position. (Candidates must be willing to obtain one if successful which will be refunded after 6 weeks in the role)
