The role:
- Lead and support our talented nursing team.
- Shape and advance the practice’s nursing agenda.
- Deliver and oversee core nursing skills, including immunisations, chronic disease management, and a range of screening and diagnostic services.
- Bring expertise in diabetes management.
The candidate:
- Experience as a practice or senior nurse role is desirable.
- Ability to lead, mentor and support nursing colleagues.
- Proficient in core nursing skills: immunisations, wound care, screening, and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication skills
