As the Lead Pharmacist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of pharmacy operations, ensuring safe, effective, and patient-focused services. You will lead a team of pharmacy professionals, support clinical governance, and contribute to service development.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical care
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and professional standards
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes
- Lead on audits, clinical reviews, and service improvement initiative
- GPhC registration as a Pharmacist (essential)
- Proven leadership or management experience in a pharmacy setting
- Strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to patient safety
