We're looking for an Account Manager to join a friendly and fast-moving team in Leicester.As an Account Manager, you’ll be the backbone of the sales operation – supporting the team with expert admin, keeping systems up to date, and making sure our customers get what they need, when they need it.What you’ll be doing as an Account Manager:
  • Providing day-to-day admin support to the sales team
  • Creating and chasing up quotes
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
  • Dealing with customer queries on orders, invoices, and availability
What we’re looking for in an Account Manager:
  • Previous experience in a similar role – ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Great communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a sharp eye for detail
