- Providing day-to-day admin support to the sales team
- Creating and chasing up quotes
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
- Dealing with customer queries on orders, invoices, and availability
- Previous experience in a similar role – ideally in manufacturing or FMCG
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Great communication skills, both written and spoken
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A proactive, positive attitude and a sharp eye for detail
