Macildowie is partnering with a leading company based in Enderby to offer an exciting 12-month fixed-term contract for a Sales Account Manager. This is a full-time, hybrid position, ideal for someone eager to take their sales career to the next level within a supportive, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and strengthen customer relationships to drive growth.
  • A balanced role of account management and light business development.
  • Work closely with internal teams to meet and exceed shared goals.
  • Achieve KPIs and regional sales targets.
  • Track and report on activities such as calls, engagement, and territory performance.

The candidate:

  • Proven sales experience, ideally within telephone-based or inside sales roles.
  • Strong commercial awareness and quick adaptability to new products/processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • B2B account management experience.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
  • Comfort and confidence in both hybrid and standalone work environments.
