Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems (Trend, Tridium, etc.)
Diagnose and rectify faults in existing BMS infrastructure
Perform software updates, controller reconfigurations, and strategy modifications
Interpret BMS data to monitor and optimise energy performance
Provide comprehensive service and fault-finding reports following site visits
Respond promptly and professionally to reactive maintenance callouts
Modify or upgrade BMS hardware and control panels as site requirements evolve
Liaise with clients to explain findings and suggest system improvements
What We're Looking For:
Solid BMS knowledge (Trend, Tridium essential)
Prior leadership or managerial experience is highly desirable
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
