Are you a detail-driven Quality Engineer with experience in ISO-certified manufacturing environments? Our client is looking for an experienced Quality Engineer to join their team. Working closely with the Quality Manager and Quality Inspector to help drive continuous improvement and ensure products meet the highest standards.
Youll play a key role in upholding and enhancing quality standards under ISO 9001, liaising directly with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. From quality control and auditing to data analysis and root cause investigation, this is a varied role for someone with a strong technical background and a passion for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and plans.
  • Conduct inspections and internal audits, supporting ISO 9001 and customer audits.
  • Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure process capability.
  • Resolve quality issues using core tools: SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA.
  • Support product development with quality input from concept through to launch.
  • Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and customers to maintain quality standards.

Skills And Experience We Look For:

  • Experience in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environment (ISO 16949 preferred).
  • Proficient in core quality tools and statistical methods.
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools used in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Internal auditing experience.
  • Proficient with measuring equipment (micrometres, callipers, shadowgraphs, gauges).
  • Confident in data analysis.
