The Role:
As a Senior Design Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

Leading a team of 4 Design Engineers and 2 Assistant Design Engineers.

Conducting feasibility assessments and designing technical solutions from concept through to detailed design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to agree design milestones and project scope.

Contributing to commissioning plans, costings, and project governance.

Ensuring designs meet standards, risk management is proactive, and Health & Safety is integrated into all projects.

Reviewing and validating third-party designs to ensure delivery to agreed specifications.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a similar role providing designs and specifications for construction projects.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Full UK driving licence (as travel across sites is required).

Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine care for delivering high-quality results.
