This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist architectural practice who provide innovative and dynamic design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architect who can hit the ground running for their team based in Leicestershire.

- Lead a team and manage projects from conception to completion
- Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
- Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
- Oversee contract administration
- Proven leadership experience
- Strong understanding of Building Regulations and Accessible Design
- ARB registered
- Strong Post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience
- Excellent technical design and detailing knowledge
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and NBS Specification
- Contract administration experience is advantageous
- Full UK Driver's License
