Why We’re Recruiting

We’re working with a growing energy brokerage that is expanding its sales team due to strong client demand. They are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Advisors who thrive in a target-driven environment and want to build a career in B2B sales.

This role is ideal for someone with previous outbound sales experience, though energy industry knowledge isn’t essential — full training will be provided. What matters most is your resilience, communication skills, and hunger to succeed.

 

The Role

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and managing your own pipeline. You’ll be given quality leads, but it will be up to you to make the calls, handle objections, and close deals.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls.

  • Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into opportunities.

  • Advise businesses on competitive energy contracts and renewals.

  • Negotiate and secure agreements in line with compliance standards.

  • Maintain your own client database and build strong, ongoing relationships.

  What We’re Looking For

We’d like to speak with candidates who have:

  • Proven experience in outbound B2B sales.

  • Confidence on the phone and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.

  • The drive to work towards — and exceed — sales targets.

  • Good organisational skills to manage your own pipeline.

It would be an advantage if you have:

  • Previous experience in the energy sector or brokerage.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems or database management.
