We're looking for a Sales Engineer / Product Manager with a proactive mindset, strong technical understanding (ideally in electronic/electrical engineering), and a passion for driving product success in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main liaison between business area manager and suppliers
Promote and support products internally and externally
Manage technical queries, orders, pricing, and supplier negotiations
Collaborate with marketing to develop product materials and website content
Identify new markets and customers, assist with stock and pricing strategy
Track supplier performance, support cross-selling and strategic growth
Conduct product training, attend exhibitions, and monitor competitive landscape
What We're Looking For:
Self-starter with problem-solving skills and team spirit
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Relevant industry experience is a plus
Willingness to travel, including overseas training and supplier visits
Desirable:
Business insight, strategic thinking, portfolio and product knowledge
Results-driven, collaborative, and organized
Strong communication and process adherence
