The role involves general building fabric maintenance, including PPMs, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, and decorating within a healthcare facility in Leicester.
Candidates must have experience in a client-facing maintenance role.
The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
The salary for this role starts at £30,000, with overtime opportunities, 25 days of holiday, and a pension contribution of 3% to 5%.

You will be responsible for general building fabric maintenance andincluding PPM,s,minor plumbing ,carpentry, painting and decoratingetc,within a healthcare facility in Leicester.

The Person:
It is essential that you have experience of working in a client facing maintenance role.
The normal working week is 40 hours, Monday to Friday 14.00- 22.00

The Salary:
Salary is30k+ OT +25 days holiday and 3%/5% pension.
