Head of DevSecOps
Location: 4 days per wk in Leicester / 1 day from home
Salary: Circa 100K – 110K + Benefits
Head of DevSecOps required by fast-growing, Top Tech Company!
This is a varied, challenging role responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s information security strategies, DevOps team and IT operations
Essential:
- At least 5yrs experience in IT and security management, with at least 2yrs in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, MacOS), and productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)
- Experience in security frameworks and compliance standards
- DevOps experience with a solid grasp of infrastructure automation, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, SRE principles
- Datadog, New Relic or comparable monitoring and analytics platforms
- Familiar with ITSM tools, endpoint management, and asset tracking solutions
