Pay rates: 15:06 per hour
You must have a previous job experience in butchery
Main Duties:
- Use knives to cut, trim, and prepare fresh meat for production.
- Cut meat into specific sizes and portions as required
- Follow Hygiene and food safety rules at all times.
- Ability to work in cold or refrigerated environments.
- physically fit and capable of lifting heavy meat products and standing for long periods.
- Excellent knife handling and safety skills.
