Job Vacancy: Experienced Bench Joiner

We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team. If you are passionate about precision craftsmanship, take pride in your work, and have experience in producing high-quality joinery, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create bespoke, made-to-measure joinery for a variety of projects (e.g., kitchens, staircases, windows, doors, furniture, etc.)

  • Work with a range of timber and materials to meet client specifications

  • Follow technical drawings and collaborate with designers and project managers

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

  • Assist in the installation of completed joinery on-site when necessary

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a bench joiner or in a similar woodworking role

  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality

  • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • Valid driver’s license (preferred but not essential)

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
