We are currently looking for a Production Moulder to join our clients manufacturing team in Leicester.In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality molded parts to precise specifications, ensuring compliance with both internal and industry standards. You’ll use a variety of compression molds, transfer molds, and custom jigs while maintaining a strong focus on quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture parts in line with technical drawings and contractual specifications
  • Operate molding equipment and jigs according to written instructions
  • Ensure all parts are clean, free of Foreign Object Debris (FOD), and defect-free before passing to internal customers
  • Accurately complete documentation accompanying each part
  • Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues to the MRB, Supervisors, or Management
  • Work independently in a production cell and collaboratively as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
  • Basic maths and English skills – ability to measure and follow written instructions
  • Comfortable working to strict safety and quality standards
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Physically capable of occasionally lifting up to 25kg and working in a moderate noise environment
