Requirements

• Minimum ofone years experienceas a Chef de Partie or higher with a strong and reliable skill set
• Ability to manage any section confidently and maintain high standards
• Ability to workindependently, efficiently, and with speed, consistently delivering high-quality results with attention to detail
• Strong knowledge offood hygiene, allergen procedures, and labelling standards
• Validfood safety and hygiene certifications
• Professional communication skills and ateam-orientedattitude
• Clean chef uniformand yourkniveson site
