Process Development Technologist - Food Manufacturing

We're working with a well-established food manufacturer with a strong development pipeline, and the next key member of the team will be critical to manage the launches and be a part of the success of their product development strategy.
This is a hands-on, visible role where you'll collaborate closely with the innovation, technical and production teams ensuring every new product runs smoothly from concept to launch.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and support factory trials, ensuring a seamless scale-up from development to full production.
- Manage multiple projects through to launch, balancing quality, efficiency, and deadlines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot, optimise and deliver solutions that work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Support customer trials and visits, providing technical insight and process know-how.
- Identify opportunities to improve existing products and manufacturing processes.
What you'll bring:
- Proven experience as a Process Technologist (or similar role) within food manufacturing.
- A solid understanding of critical path management, factory processes, and scale-up challenges.
- Organised and adaptable - able to manage priorities and keep projects moving.
- A confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships across teams and with customers.
- A practical, hands-on approach and genuine enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
