This is a trainee field sales role promoting a high-quality range of waterproof wall panels for bathrooms, wetrooms and kitchens. You’ll inherit an established and well performing area from someone being promoted within the business, with the focus on increasing spend from merchants and distributors.

Package: £30k basic with a £6k bonus scheme (paid quarterly). The Successful Applicant - Business Development Manager:

  • You will already have some experience from within a sales environment
  • This could have been gained from a merchant, distributor or showroom, and from within a sales office, trade counter or showroom
  • My client is looking for they can invest in, train and develop into the role
  • You will be ambitious, driven and keen to learn. Wanting to carve out a field sales career within the construction industry

The Role - Business Development Manager:

  • A trainee field sales role promoting a leading range of wall panels, that are 100% waterproof and typically used within bathrooms, wetrooms and kitchens.
  • You’ll inherit an established and well performing area from someone being promoted within the business
  • The focus will be managing an existing portfolio of accounts, developing relationships and increasing spend
  • The focus will be on working with independent merchants within the Fortis, PHG, UKPS and H&B buying groups
  • You will also have the branches of Jewson, Wolseley and Travis Perkins to work with, as well as a distributor and independent bathroom showrooms
