Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Contracts Manager to join our client's team and take ownership of managing key contracts within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As a Customer Contracts Manager, you will act as the vital link between our client's factory operations and their valued customers. You will be responsible for ensuring service excellence, managing contract performance, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong working relationships with client representatives.
  • Lead regular review meetings and quality checks with clients to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct feedback and debriefing sessions to address customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
  • Take ownership of resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding actions and resolutions.
  • Monitor and review contract costs, ensuring accurate pricing and service delivery.
  • Track and report on KPIs, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
  • Produce detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
  • Conduct regular customer satisfaction assessments to inform service enhancements.
