Marketing Project Manager - Derby 3 Days per week in office.Salary : £80,000 Our client sits within the financial advisory industry and a company known for their services across the UK.As the business goes through natural expansion as does their portfolio of campaigns and partnerships, we're looking for a skilled Marketing Project Manager to lead the charge on high-impact initiatives. You will bridge the gap between IT and marketing, focusing on their marketing initiatives moving forward,The Role:As our Marketing Project Manager, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end management of marketing projects across digital, brand, and content channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution, requiring someone who's just as comfortable with a Gantt chart as they are with a brainstorm session.Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects from concept through delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, analytics) and external vendors/agencies
  • Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives
  • Manage resources and workflows to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and assets
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and report on progress to stakeholders
  • Identify and resolve issues or roadblocks quickly to keep initiatives on track
  • Support campaign optimization through data insights and feedback loops
About You:
  • Project management experience, with a strong background in marketing
  • Proven ability to manage complex marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, creative workflows, and digital production
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar PM software
  • PMP, Prince2, or similar certification is a plus
