Salary: £30,000 – £31,000 + Bonus - Average £45,000+Hours: 45 Hours per week

We’re on the hunt for a Sales Executive who loves connecting with people and spotting opportunities. If you’ve worked in phone sales, retail, furniture showrooms, or any customer-facing sales role—or if you’re simply a confident talker who can build trust fast—we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Chatting with walk-in customers and contractors to understand their needs.

• Recommending the right equipment—and making their life easier.

• Spotting upsell opportunities (without the hard sell).

• Building strong local relationships that keep customers coming back.

• Helping hit branch targets with a friendly, consultative approach.

• People from phone sales, furniture sales, retail, or tool hire.

• Talkative types who are confident, helpful, and naturally persuasive.

• Anyone who loves customer interaction and solving problems.

• Motivated people who want to earn more and grow into leadership.

• £30–31k base salary + bonus
