Technical CRM Automation Manager

Location: Cossington (Hybrid, 2 days/week in office)

Salary: £60,000 + 5% Bonus

The Role

This is a hands-on Technical CRM Automation Manager position sitting within the Lifecycle CRM function. You'll lead on CRM campaign build and automation within Braze, manage complex multi-channel customer journeys, and own the platform's technical configuration across API integrations, segmentation, and modular content blocks. You'll collaborate closely with wider CRM, analytics and data teams to optimise member engagement and CRM performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and optimise automated CRM journeys across email, push, and in-app within Braze
  • Manage API integrations, data feeds, segmentation, Liquid logic, and event-based triggers
  • Maintain modular email templates and Connected Content feeds for dynamic personalisation
  • Analyse CRM campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversions
  • Collaborate with analytics and commercial teams to align CRM activity to business KPIs
Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven CRM automation or lifecycle marketing experience
  • Advanced hands-on Braze experience across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex journey logic
  • Confident working with APIs, data feeds and platform integrations
  • Strong analytical skills with experience improving CRM performance

Desirable:

  • Experience with customer data platforms and broader marketing technology
  • Exposure to membership, subscription or loyalty-driven business models
  • Familiarity with broader marketing performance metrics and trading environments
Interview Process
  • Stage 1: 45-minute virtual interview
  • Stage 2: In-person interview including pre-prepared CRM case study
  • Optional final 30-minute session before offer stage
