As Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Midlands and manage all aspects of sales and account relationships efficiently and effectively across both existing and target customers. The role involves regular engagement with clients, partners, and internal teams in a professional manner.

Description

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain and enhance strong working relationships with current clients.

  • Collaborate with the internal design team to ensure customer requirements are accurately translated into design solutions.

  • Support procurement and tendering activities in both public and private sectors.

New Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer segments.

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients to explore opportunities and arrange site visits.

  • Leverage professional networks and internal resources to generate leads.

Sales Growth & Support

  • Oversee the full sales cycle and ensure client needs are met to the highest standards.

  • Participate in ongoing training (both internal and external) to remain current on products and sales approaches.

Profile

  • Experience selling Office Furniture, Fit Out solutions or aligned products is essential
  • Familiarity with public/private sector bidding and tendering processes is advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow distributor networks.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Experience developing and executing successful sales strategies in commercial environments.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commitment to high-quality customer service and professionalism.
  • Sound commercial judgement and business awareness.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
