Our client is a successful M&E contractor, with 4 offices in the UK . Theyare seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Manager to join their operationalteam to work on a major new-build project in Leicester - 5.4 million M&E

The Role and its Responsibilities
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing the mechanicalinstallation of projects from 'cradle to grave' & will beclient-facing and initiallysite-based.
The Individual
The successfulcandidate will be a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager with experience managing large projects - circa 5 million mechanical value.The successful candidate must be capable of demonstrating strong client-facing skills, excellent commercial awareness, and the ability to manage a project from 'cradle to grave'.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as aMechanical Project Manager, preferably on new build/refurbishment projects from 'cradle to grave'.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, some electrical awareness is also advantageous
- Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to foster strong client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to manage project budgets effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Computer literate
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
