Great opportunity for a Chartered or near Chartered senior civil engineer to join an established and reputable engineering consultancy in Leicester.

Our client has a strong track record of delivering high quality projects and they are looking for a senior engineer to continue their success story and take ownership of a range of projects including residential developments.

They are seeking an engineer who can lead and manage a team and who will act as main point of contact in project and client meetings - so great communication skills are vital. You will take control of resourcing within your team whilst focusing on driving business development initiatives. You will be expected to lead by example, managing effectively to deliver projects successfully.

Whilst a Chartered engineer is preferred, they will consider candidates who are keen to gain Chartership and have extensive civil engineering experience, with a strong background in leadership and performance management.
