Sonic Summary

TSA Surveying is seeking a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to join a prominent building consultancy team in the East and West Midlands.
The role involves conducting stock condition surveys on social housing properties and performing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments.
Candidates should have experience in identifying defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards in properties.
The position offers a salary of £30,000 to £35,000, and applicants are expected to have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Induction training will be provided, and the company covers the lodgement fee for completed surveys.

TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across the East and West Midlands.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.

Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.

About the Role:

Surveys are carried out on a asset management software tablet devices will be provided.
Carry out 4 - 6 completed surveys per day
Induction provided to use the software.
Lodgement fee is covered by our client.
Scheduled work contract booked appointments.
