Client Services Manager
Location: Leicester
Salary: 38,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Metalis is delighted to be working alongside a forward-thinking and fast-growing manufacturer. As part of their ongoing expansion, they now have a fantastic opportunity for a Client Services Manager. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional internal customer service through excellent communication and attention to detail. You'll oversee multiple projects, ensuring each one progresses smoothly through estimating, development, production, and dispatch stages.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing incoming client briefs, interpreting requirements, and preparing these to be actioned by internal departments.
- Overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring client updates are timely and accurate.
- Maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinating effectively across departments to maintain project momentum.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a similar client services or project/account management role.
- Experience in a POS or manufacturing environment (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities with effective prioritisation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong reporting and numeracy skills.
