- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, responding to queries, coordinating requests, and ensuring seamless support for client-related activities
- Manage and maintain the diary of a senior leader, scheduling meetings, prioritising commitments, preparing agendas, and supporting effective day-to-day coordination
- Organise and coordinate client training sessions, liaising with trainers and attendees, tracking attendance, and ensuring smooth delivery from planning through to execution
- Support effective cross-department communication, sharing updates, following up on actions, and providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient workflows
- Assist with legal documentation
- Previous experience within a professional services environment (essential)
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to use initiative
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (essential)
- A self-starter who enjoys a varied and fast-paced role
