This is an exciting opportunity for someone with at least 12 months’ outbound sales experience to take the next step in their career.The Role:As a Business Development Rep, you will be responsible for booking high-quality appointments for their skilled demonstrators. You will play a crucial role at the top of the sales funnel making high volume outbound calls, engaging new prospects, and running structured discovery calls to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.This role is perfect for a driven, inquisitive individual who enjoys being on the phone and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective B2B clients daily.
  • Conduct effective discovery conversations, asking detailed, thoughtful questions.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for the demonstration team.
  • Build rapport and maintain a professional, consultative approach.
  • Log all activity accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve messaging and outreach strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 12 months of outbound B2B sales experience (SaaS or technology sector preferred, but not essential).
  • Confident, clear communicator who enjoys being on the phone.
  • Naturally curious – asks great questions and listens actively.
