We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Router Operator to set up, operate, and monitor CNC routing machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience working with CNC routers, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC router machines to cut, shape, and finish parts
  • Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and job specifications
  • Load programs, select tooling, and set machine offsets
  • Monitor machine performance and adjust feeds, speeds, and tooling as needed
  • Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Troubleshoot basic machine or program issues and report complex problems
  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of CNC router equipment
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies
  • Work closely with supervisors, programmers, and quality teams to meet production goals

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a similar background
  • Previous experience reading drawings
  • Full UK Driving Licence (Prefered)
