CNC Operator Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, CNC machines to produce precision components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting as required.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and targets.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
What were looking For in a CNC Operator
Proven experience as a CNC Operator, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of multi-spindle machining.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
A proactive attitude towards workplace safety and continuous improvement.
